Pricing, scheduling, what we can and can't take, and how we handle gated communities. If your question isn't here, call us — it takes thirty seconds.
Pricing & Quotes
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our trailer, starting at $99 for a minimum pickup. A quarter load runs from $179, a half load from $299, three-quarter from $419, and a full load from $539. Those are starting points — the final number depends on volume, weight, and how much labor the job takes. You always get a firm price before we load anything.
By volume first, then by the practical realities of the job. The main factors are how much space the items fill, how heavy the material is (concrete, tile, and soil are priced by weight), how much labor is involved, how accessible the items are, and whether anything needs disassembly or special handling. We explain the number before we start — nothing gets added afterward.
Yes. Quotes are free with no obligation. You can text us photos for a ballpark number, request a quote online, or have us look at the job in person. Even after we arrive, if the price doesn't work for you there's no charge and no pressure.
No. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees are all in the quoted price. The only time a number changes is if what's actually there turns out to be substantially different from what was described — and in that case we tell you before we load, not after.
Cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected after the work is done and you're satisfied with it.
How It Works
Yes, and it's the fastest way to get a number. Text photos of what you need removed to (702) 490-9565 and we'll reply with a ballpark estimate. Wide shots showing the whole pile are more useful than close-ups, and for back-yard items a photo of the gate or the path out helps a lot. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once we can see the full scope.
No. We remove items from wherever they are — upstairs bedrooms, back patios, side yards, attics, sheds, and garages. Moving things to the curb yourself doesn't lower your price, so there's no reason to do it.
It's easier if you are, since you confirm the final price and point out exactly what goes. If everything is accessible — a driveway pile, an unlocked garage, or a property with lockbox access — we can often complete the job without you there. Call and we'll arrange it.
The sooner you call, the more scheduling options you'll have — especially for larger jobs or anything tied to a closing date or a move-out deadline. Call or text and we'll find a window that works.
Yes. We sweep the area before we leave. A garage cleanout that ends with a swept floor is the whole point.
What We Take
Yes. Sectionals, sleeper sofas, armoires, pianos with advance notice, and anything else that takes more than one person. Our crew brings straps and dollies, and we'll disassemble a piece rather than force it through a doorway and damage your home.
Yes — refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, water heaters, and AC units. Units containing refrigerant go to facilities equipped to recover it properly. Please have gas, water, and hardwired connections safely disconnected before we arrive, since we're a hauling company rather than licensed plumbers or electricians.
Yes, and it's one of our specialties. We drain the tub, cut it down into sections that fit through your gate, and carry every piece out. The spa needs to be safely de-energized first — most are hardwired to a 220V disconnect. Call us and describe your setup and we'll tell you exactly what needs to happen before we arrive.
Yes, regularly. We work at the family's pace, whether that's clearing a property in one day for a closing or working room by room over several visits. Our crew watches for documents, photographs, jewelry, and keepsakes and sets them aside rather than loading them.
We can't take household hazardous waste — paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, pool chemicals, propane tanks, and car batteries — or asbestos-containing material, biohazard waste, ammunition, or explosives. Clark County runs household hazardous waste collection for residents, and we'll point you there. If you're unsure about something, call us and describe it rather than guessing.
Usable furniture, household goods, and appliances go to local donation partners where they'll accept them, and metal and recyclable material is routed to recycling rather than the landfill. We'll be honest with you about what actually qualifies — donation centers turn away items with stains, tears, pest issues, or structural damage, and we won't tell you a piece is headed for a second life when it isn't.
Service Areas
Henderson and the surrounding Las Vegas Valley, including Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Cadence, Inspirada, Whitney Ranch, MacDonald Ranch, Lake Las Vegas, Tuscany Village, Boulder City, Las Vegas, Enterprise, Spring Valley, and Paradise. There's no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area.
Yes — Anthem, Seven Hills, MacDonald Ranch, Lake Las Vegas, Tuscany Village, and the many smaller gated subdivisions across Henderson. Just tell us the access setup when you book, whether that's a gate code, a resident call-ahead, or vendor registration, so the truck isn't sitting at a call box.
Yes, regularly, with no out-of-area surcharge. Boulder City is a short run down US-93 from our Henderson base. We handle the full range there — estate cleanouts, garage clearing, furniture, appliances, hot tubs, and yard debris — and we're used to working in the historic district where doorways are narrow and access is tight.
Yes. We handle rental turnovers, pre-listing clearing, post-close leave-behinds, and common-area cleanups. Lockbox access is fine and we'll send photos when the property is clear. If you manage multiple doors, call and we'll set up a standing arrangement rather than requoting every job.
About Us
Yes. We carry the licensing and insurance required to work on residential and commercial property throughout Clark County. If your property manager or HOA needs a certificate of insurance before we work on site, ask when you call and we'll get it to them.
Local. Henderson Junk Solutions is locally owned and operated, and the people who answer the phone are the people who show up. There's no regional call center and no national dispatch queue between you and the crew.
Call and describe it. It takes thirty seconds and it's far better than either of us finding out on the day. If it's something we can't handle, we'll tell you who can.
Still have a question?
Call or text and describe what you've got. We'd rather sort it out on the phone than have either of us guess.
