Pricing is based on the volume of junk — how much space it takes up. When we arrive, we assess the job and give you an exact price before starting. If you're not happy with the price, there's no charge and no obligation.
No hidden fees — ever. The quote you receive covers labor, hauling, and all disposal costs. We only add charges if a job involves special handling (e.g., hazardous materials), and we'll always tell you upfront.
We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, or asbestos. We also can't transport biological waste or firearms. For everything else, give us a call and we'll figure it out.
We do our best to schedule jobs quickly. Give us a call and we'll find a time that works for you.
It's preferred but not always required. If the junk is accessible (e.g., in a driveway or unlocked garage), we can complete the job without you present. We'll send a confirmation photo and receipt when we're done.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied with the work.
