Terms of Service

The terms that apply to our services and this website. Last updated July 24, 2026.

Note for the site owner: these terms are a sensible starting point written to match how the business actually operates, but they are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by an attorney. The factual claims were confirmed with you on 2026-08-13 and the ⚠️ CONFIRM markers are resolved; what remains is an attorney read of the liability and indemnity wording. Have this reviewed, then delete this notice from src/app/terms-of-service/page.tsx.

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of https://hendersonjunksolutions.com and to junk removal and hauling services provided by Henderson Junk Solutions. By requesting a quote or booking a job, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices based on load volume. Any estimate given by phone, text, or from photos is a ballpark, not a binding quote, because we can't assess weight, access, labor, or the true volume until we see the job.

The binding price is the one our crew confirms with you on-site before work begins. If that price doesn't work for you, you may decline with no charge and no obligation.

If what's actually present differs materially from what was described, we'll tell you and re-quote before loading anything — never afterward.

Scheduling

We schedule arrival windows rather than exact times, because job durations vary. We'll contact you if we're running outside your window. Weather, traffic, equipment issues, and jobs that turn out larger than described can affect timing.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you own the items being removed, or that you have the authority to have them removed.
  • You're responsible for removing anything you want to keep before we load. Once an item is loaded and hauled, it cannot be retrieved.
  • You should disclose known hazards — pest issues, biohazard conditions, structural problems, or hazardous materials — before we arrive.
  • Appliances should have gas, water, and hardwired electrical connections safely disconnected and capped before removal. We are a hauling company and do not perform licensed plumbing or electrical work.
  • You're responsible for ensuring we have lawful access to the property, including any gate codes or community authorization.
  • For rental and foreclosure properties: any notice requirements or other legal steps regarding a former occupant's personal property are the owner's or manager's responsibility to satisfy before we clear the property.

Items we don't accept

We do not haul the following, and our crew may decline any item at their discretion on safety grounds:

  • Paint, stains, and solvents
  • Motor oil, antifreeze, and automotive fluids
  • Pesticides, herbicides, and pool chemicals
  • Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders
  • Car and marine batteries
  • Asbestos-containing material
  • Biohazard and medical waste
  • Ammunition, firearms, and explosives
  • Radioactive material
  • Tires
  • Fuel and fuel-filled equipment

If a restricted item is discovered during a job, we'll set it aside and explain your options. Call us beforehand if you're unsure about something — see our FAQ.

Property and care

Our crew takes reasonable care to protect floors, walls, doorways, gates, and driveways, and will plan the route out of a property before moving large items.

Some removals carry unavoidable risk — items that must be forced through a doorway they didn't originally enter through, fixtures that were installed after surrounding finishes, or structures that are already compromised. Where we see that risk, we'll tell you before proceeding so you can decide.

If damage occurs, tell us immediately and we'll work with you to make it right.

Insurance and licensing

Henderson Junk Solutions operates under Nevada state business licence NV20141473896, and carries the liability insurance required to operate in Clark County, Nevada. Certificates of insurance can be provided to property managers or commercial clients on request.

Satisfaction

If something about the job isn't right, tell us before the crew leaves — or as soon as you notice — and we'll work to resolve it. This is how we operate, not a warranty or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Payment

Payment is due once the work is complete. We accept cash, all major credit cards, venmo, zelle. Accepted methods may change — confirm when you book.

Donation and disposal

We route usable items to donation and recyclable material to recycling where local partners will accept them. We can't guarantee that any particular item will be donated or recycled — that decision belongs to the receiving facility, and items with damage, staining, or pest issues are routinely declined.

Once items are removed, they become our responsibility to dispose of and cannot be returned.

Website content

We work to keep this site accurate, but content including pricing, service areas, and availability may change without notice. Photographs and illustrations may be representative rather than depictions of a specific job.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the value of items you asked us to remove.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
