What to know before we arrive
Mattresses have their own disposal path
They can't be compacted like ordinary waste and many facilities process them separately. The handling is already built into our quote, so there's no surprise fee when the crew arrives.
Bed bugs — tell us, it's fine
If there's a known bed bug issue, say so when you call. It changes how we bag and transport the mattress so the problem doesn't travel. We're not going to judge you, and it's far better than us finding out mid-load.
Used mattresses are rarely donatable
Nevada donation centers almost universally decline used mattresses for health reasons. We'd rather tell you that upfront than imply your mattress is headed for a second life when it isn't.
Adjustable bases are heavier than they look
A motorized adjustable base holds a motor and steel frame, often over 100 pounds, and doesn't fold conveniently. Mention it when booking so we bring the right hands.
What does mattress removal usually cost?
One or two mattresses is a Minimum Pickup. A full bedroom set with frames usually reaches a Quarter Load. Pricing starts at $99 for a minimum pickup and scales with volume. You always get a firm price before anything is loaded.
