The owner of a rental home in Cadence had gone months without rent before finally moving forward with an eviction. When the tenant left, they didn't take their belongings with them. Furniture, a mattress and bed frame, and general household items stayed behind, along with a garage full of whatever hadn't made the move out.
Giving the tenant time to come back
Rather than clearing the property right away, the job was scheduled out several weeks so the former tenant had a real window to retrieve anything they wanted. That's the landlord's call to make, and it's a reasonable one: nobody wants to be the reason someone loses something that mattered to them over a scheduling shortcut.
The tenant never came back before the scheduled date. The job went ahead as planned so the landlord could get the unit back on the market.
Clearing the property
The garage alone held a dresser, a bed frame and mattress, a chair, a shop vacuum, and the general debris and loose items that collect in a garage nobody's actively using. All of it got loaded and hauled the same visit, along with the belongings left throughout the rest of the home.
The detail that gets skipped
After the garage was empty, we blew it out: debris, cobwebs, and dust, not just the furniture. An empty garage that's still dusty doesn't show well to a new tenant or a property manager doing a walkthrough. We leave it the way we'd want to find it.

Back on the market
With the property cleared and swept, the landlord could move straight to getting it back on the market for rent, no second visit, no separate cleaning crew needed for the garage. We do this same kind of turnover work for landlords and property managers across Henderson and the valley.
